30 DAY RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Total Golf Trainer has a convenient 30 day money back return/refund on all direct purchases, less any applicable shipping and/or restocking fees. Total Golf Trainer offers the following hassle-free return solution:
1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Total Golf Trainer product, simply go to our online return site on your receipt to submit your return label request or email us at [email protected] . You may also call our home office at 305-414-1243. All returns must be processed using our Total Golf Trainer return label as it contains all of the required information for successfully processing your refund. Using any other form of return shipment will result in a substantial delay of your refund.
2. All returns must be in the original packaging and contain all original components. The item must be returned in new, unused or good condition. Upon arrival, your return will be inspected for all parts/pieces and your refund will be processed accordingly.
3. You can print your return label at our return label link from your invoice or you may request that it be emailed to you, which takes approximately 3-5 business days to process.
4. Once you receive your personalized return label, simply place it on the outside of your box and drop it off at any USPS mail facility or authorized USPS drop off location. To find the nearest USPS location near to you, please visit USPS.com
5. Upon arrival of your returned package, we will scan it and process your refund within 5-10 business days. It is recommended to write down your tracking number for your records and if you wish to follow the tracking progress via USPS.com.
